Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

Package Your Hoodie

Place your items back in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
